The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Catering Coordinator to support the Catering Sales and Conference Services team with administrative and client-service duties to ensure events run smoothly.
This role requires 3–5 years of clerical experience in hospitality, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software; Delphi Sales software experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
A Catering Coordinator (Administrative Role) is responsible for supporting the Catering Sales and Conference Services team by handling administrative, organizational, and client-service tasks that ensure events are planned and executed smoothly.
High School diploma is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Minimum three to five years of extensive clerical/secretarial experience preferably in a hotel environment. Catering background strongly preferred. Knowledge of Delphi Sales software preferred.
