Snowbird is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for The Inn at Snowbird. You will clean guest rooms, restock supplies, and assist other team members to ensure a spotless, welcoming environment for guests.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of related experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and holiday work are required, with a 7:00 am to 3:00 pm shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 6 months of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.
• Must be organized and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable and prompt to work.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrate basic competency in reading, writing, speaking, simple arithmetic and interpersonal relations.
• Must be reliable, mature, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Requires some judgment within policy guidelines and without supervisory approval.

Responsabilités

• Clean guest rooms including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming, cleaning mirrors, emptying trash, scrubbing toilets, showers, sinks and floors with occasional condo kitchen cleaning.
• Picks up spills, litter, and other items as necessary to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and condominiums.
• Deliver special items to guest rooms.
• Sort, wash, and fold linen.
• Maintain and clean housekeeping closets.
• Perform other duties assigned by housekeeping director/supervisor.

SCHEDULE:

7:00 am to 3:00 pm

• Specific Shift: Any day of the week, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (or until job is complete).
• Weekend and holiday work required.

SUMMARY

As Housekeeper at the Inn at Snowbird you will perform cleaning duties to ensure clean, orderly, attractive hotel rooms. You will obtain a list of assigned rooms that need to be cleaned. You will alsoassist other housekeepers as necessary to complete cleaning of the hotel rooms in a timely manner.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WORK SCHEDULE

• Specific Shift: Any day of the week, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (or until job complete).
• Weekend and holiday work required.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Must be prepared to stay overnight, if necessary, on occasional times of road closures.
• May experience unusual stress from continual work with public, winter conditions, snow night requirements and commuting to/from Snowbird.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must demonstrate ability to bend, kneel, handle, reach, grasp and perform repetitive motions.
• Daily work with cleaning chemicals can present some hazards and must use care with chemicals.
• Able to push or pull beds, move chairs, and move tables.
• Other/Additional: May experience some stress due to periodic guest relations, also during high occupancy periods.
