Job Description

This role involves maintaining high cleanliness standards in guest rooms. You will refresh rooms for ongoing guests and thoroughly clean rooms of checked-out guests to prepare for new arrivals.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting
• Restock and replace used items in guest rooms
• Communicate the clean status of each room upon completion
• Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms
• Keep supply carts neat and well-organized
• Check equipment before and after use to ensure proper working order
• Respond efficiently and courteously to guest needs
