The Condado Collection is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping role at our Condado, Puerto Rico properties. You will welcome guests, clean and prepare rooms, and support daily hotel operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include hospitality orientation, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, bilingual English/Spanish, and flexible night shifts. This on-site position offers growth and a strong team culture in a luxury hospitality setting.

• Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
• Availability to work night shifts, including weekends, and holidays (shifts begin at 3:00 p.m.).
• Able and willing to perform basic cleaning duties.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must possess good communication skills in Spanish and English.

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Clean and organize guest rooms according to standards using the correct chemicals.
• Participate in daily staff meetings, pick up room reports and keys to assigned areas.
• Follow all protocols to enter a room.
• Maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment used.
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
• Knowledgeable in the steps of room service, including setting up amenities.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the Director of Housekeeping.
• Complete safety training and certifications.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the supervisor.
