Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites (a dual property location).

Position: Breakfast Attendant
  1. Primary Responsibilities:
    • Manage inventory by maintaining and ordering supplies necessary for a quality breakfast bar.
    • Monitor and control expenses related to breakfast service.
    • Maintain guest relations and address guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
    • Set up, maintain, and tear down the breakfast bar, ensuring quality standards are met throughout breakfast hours.
    • Restock supplies as needed and ensure cleanliness of the breakfast area.
  2. Qualifications:
    • Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
    • ServSafe certification is preferred.
    • Ability to make quick, sound decisions.
    • Availability to work mornings and/or weekends.
