Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading hospitality management company, is hiring a House Attendant for the Hilton Birmingham at UAB. You will help maintain clean public spaces and support room attendants across shifts, delivering towels and supplies as needed.

The ideal candidate has attention to detail, is neat and reliable, can work on their feet for extended periods, and communicates effectively with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and support room attendants.
• Deliver towels, linens, and other items to guest rooms on request.
• Walk assigned floors at the start and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies on each floor pantry.
