Indiana Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe guest spaces at our Holiday Inn Express and Suites properties. You will follow IHG standards to clean rooms, restock supplies and respond to guest needs with a professional attitude.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for long periods, and work weekends as required. Prior hospitality experience is beneficial, and a commitment to guest confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Frequent standing, bending, walking and moving around the hotel.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Physical strength to work extended periods.
• Availability to include weekends.
• Good prioritization and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Thoroughly clean, dust, vacuum and mop rooms and bathrooms to IHG standards.
• Stock housekeeping cart and replenish guest amenities as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Assist guests with requests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Turn in Lost and Found items to the front desk.
• Adhere to guest confidentiality and all assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean, dust, vacuum and mop room and bathroom according to IHG standards and procedure.
• Clean rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stock assigned housekeeping cart with cleaning supplies and room amenities.
• Replenish guest amenities in rooms as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized housekeeping storage.
• Communicate any maintenance concerns to maintenance department.
• Transport waste and trash to proper disposal area.
• Turn in Lost and Found items to the front desk.
• Maintain guest confidentiality.
• Greet guests and respond to guest requests or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
• All other duties as assigned.
