Village Crossing at Worman's Mill in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Housekeeping Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This full-time role supports a warm, team‑oriented culture while upholding high standards of cleanliness and infection control.

As part of a supportive care community, you will perform routine cleaning, linen tasks, and basic maintenance duties, ensuring residents feel at home and staff can deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly cleaning of resident apartments and common areas
• Change and launder linens (where applicable)
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, furniture, windows, and flooring
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas. Complete deep cleaning tasks such as refrigerator defrosting, mattress turning, and window washing on a scheduled basis
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance needs promptly
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures
• Provide warm, professional customer service to residents and guests
• Support new team members and attend required trainings
• Perform additional housekeeping or light maintenance duties as needed
