What You'll Do:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of resident apartments and common areas.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly utilized and stored according to safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries, providing exceptional service with a friendly and caring attitude.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing resident clothing and linens.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any maintenance issues or repairs within the community.
