Job summary

Monarch Communities Brandywine community in Voorhees, NJ is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to maintain a clean, comfortable living environment for residents. You will perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and setup in resident apartments, while engaging residents to brighten their day.

The role offers a full-time 9am–5pm schedule with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO and tuition reimbursement.

• Housekeeping or janitorial experience or a willingness to learn.
• Cleanliness and organization come naturally to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services to residents by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and related tasks.
• Engage with residents in their apartment homes to brighten their day.
• Keep shared spaces clean by removing trash, vacuuming, and disinfecting.
• Help stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments.

What will you get to do as a Housekeeping Associate?

• Provide Housekeeping services to our residents by completing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc. in their apartment home.
• When in a resident apartment home, engage with the resident to make their day a bit brighter!
• Keep shared community spaces clean by removing trash, vacuuming, disinfecting, etc.
• Help stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments.

Full Time Schedule:

9am-5pm - Sunday,Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday

Salary Range:

$15.92-$16.00 Hourly
