Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring Room Attendants (Housekeepers) to deliver clean, comfortable spaces that welcome guests and support a memorable stay.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms to standards, restocking amenities, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining organized carts. Weekend and holiday availability is required. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Starting pay is $13.00 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are hiring Room Attendants (Housekeepers)!

As a Room Attendant, you are at the heart of the guest experience- delivering clean, comfortable spaces that make every stay feel welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).
• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain active throughout shift.
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
