Job summary

Compass on the Bay in Boston, MA, is seeking dedicated housekeeping associates to maintain a clean, safe, home-like environment for our senior residents. This full-time role supports daily living activities, including laundry, apartment cleaning, and shared spaces, working closely with a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete laundry and housekeeping according to the assigned schedule.
• Clean residents’ apartments weekly and perform emergency housekeeping duties as needed.
• Clean common spaces, furniture, fixtures, and bathrooms; replenish supplies as needed.
• Take care of equipment used within the department.
• Work with a team to complete assignments.

Rates start at $17 per hour

WHAT OUR HOUSEKEEPING ASSOCIATES DO:
