• Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Works Every Weekend and Holiday)
• Union Hourly Compensation: $20.00/hour (+ $0.97/hour shift pay differential, non-negotiable). Non-exempt position eligible for overtime.

Description

• Hours: 40/week
• Location: Feinberg/Galter; FL BS
• Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms, utility areas, floors, equipment, and maintaining cleanliness standards, under supervision of Environmental Services supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpets, damp mop floors, clean windows, waste baskets, and arrange furniture.
• Clean bathrooms, replace supplies, strip units upon discharge, and prepare rooms for new admissions.
• Handle bio-hazard waste, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with moving furniture, cleaning walls, blinds, and lights, and maintaining equipment.
• Log into the Bed Tracking Program, move beds through the system, and return keys and pagers.

Qualifications

Required: Ability to understand oral instructions; knowledge of cleaning equipment, methods, and solutions.

Preferred: High School diploma or GED.
