Job summary

The Center at Park West in Pueblo, CO is seeking a full-time or PRN housekeeper to join our team. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, currently Saturdays and Sundays, with a 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. shift.

Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms, disinfecting floors and bathrooms, and maintaining a pristine facility. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred 1 year of skilled care housekeeping experience and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year housekeeping experience in a skilled care facility preferred.
• Must be able to take instruction and follow directions.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work on a team or independently.
• Must have good communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift a minimum of 15 lbs, and crawl.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Mop and disinfect floors, beds, restrooms, bathrooms.
• Wipe down walls, phones, work stations.
• Vacuum, remove trash, dust.
• Clean dining room.
• Clean patient rooms daily (occupied and unoccupied).
• Occasionally wear PPE and clean/disinfect areas contaminated with bodily fluids.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Housekeeping staff is to maintain the beautiful Center at Park West building in its new pristine state.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
