Parkview Care Center in Denver seeks a dependable Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident apartments and common areas in accordance with regulations and community policies.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to pass background checks, and flexibility to work holidays; benefits include health insurance, vacation, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a health care facility (preferred).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
• COVID vaccine required or valid exemption.
• Able to work on holidays (double pay up to 8 hours).

Responsibilities

• Clean/polish furnishing, fixtures, and surfaces in resident rooms and common areas daily.
• Sanitize bathrooms and maintain cleanliness of housekeeping areas.
• Clean windows and mirrors in resident rooms and entrances/exits.
• Perform day-to-day housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Follow daily work assignments and established housekeeping procedures.

Housekeeper Summary:

The Housekeeper will perform the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the community. The person in this position will ensure the community is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current and existing federal and state regulations and established company policy and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean/polish furnishing, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, etc., in resident apartments and recreational areas daily as instructed


• Clean, wash, sanitize, and/or polish bathroom fixtures


• Clean windows/mirrors in resident rooms, recreational areas, bathrooms, and entrance/exit ways


• Maintain appearance of housekeeping areas in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner


• Perform assigned day-to-day housekeeping functions


• Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments and established housekeeping procedures

Qualifications:
