Job summary

Landis Homes is seeking Housekeeping Assistants to join our Campus Services team in Lititz, PA. You will care for resident rooms and common areas, perform routine cleaning, and assist residents with daily needs in a supportive environment.

The position requires being at least 16 years old and offers first-day medical/dental/vision benefits, plus access to wellness facilities and an on-site health center.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs regular housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident rooms, baths, offices, halls and other areas as assigned.
• Washes beds, mattresses, and remakes beds after resident transfers or as scheduled.
• Performs housecleaning and special cleaning tasks (scrubbing, waxing, window cleaning, etc.).
• Assists in the delivery and collection of trash from resident rooms.
• Gives personal assistance to residents, providing verbal and physical direction as necessary.
