Brookestone Gardens in Kearney, NE is seeking a dedicated Laundry & Housekeeping Team member to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable environments for residents, visitors, and staff. You will handle resident laundry, clean rooms and common areas, and follow infection prevention procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, dining rooms, and other assigned areas.
• Complete daily housekeeping assignments according to facility standards.
• Follow infection prevention, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Properly use cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report maintenance needs and environmental concerns promptly.
• Ensure all areas remain welcoming, neat, and organized.
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident laundry and facility linens.
• Handle resident clothing and personal items with care and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the laundry area.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow infection control procedures when handling soiled linens.
• Assist in maintaining adequate linen supplies throughout the facility.
