Job summary

Brownsburg Health Care Center is seeking a dependable laundry/housekeeping team member to support residents by washing, sorting, and distributing linens and clothing. You will maintain a clean laundry area, label items correctly, and follow infection control procedures.

Two shifts are available: Full-Time Day Shift and Part-Time Evening Shift. Prior healthcare experience is a plus, with opportunities for on-the-job training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred (healthcare experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to lift laundry bags and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and residents’ clothing.
• Ensure proper labeling and return of residents’ personal laundry.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
• Adhere to infection control and facility safety procedures.
• Assist housekeeping as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
