Job summary

Brownsburg Health Care Center is hiring a dedicated Laundry Aide to maintain clean linens and residents’ clothing in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

As part of our full-time day shift or part-time evening shift team, you will sort, wash, dry, label, and distribute laundry, uphold infection control procedures, and assist housekeeping as needed to keep the facility running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and residents’ clothing.
• Ensure proper labeling and return of residents’ personal laundry.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
• Adhere to infection control and facility safety procedures.
• Assist housekeeping as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
