NEXDINE Hospitality is hiring a Housekeeping Ambassador in Pompano Beach, FL. This part-time role leads a housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards and resident-centered service, supervising staff and ensuring safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods.

• Ability to train, motivate, and guide staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties alongside the team, ensuring all resident rooms, common areas, and workspaces meet NEXDINE standards.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to housekeeping staff during all shifts.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with procedures.
• Train new and existing team members on cleaning techniques, equipment use, and uniform standards.
• Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and daily workflow to maintain efficient operations.
• Address performance issues promptly and help build a positive, accountable team culture.
• Communicate effectively with residents, nursing, and other departments to support service needs.
• Ensure proper use and care of equipment, supplies, and chemicals.
• Support special projects, deep cleans, and emergency cleaning needs as required.

Job Summary
