Job summary

Lakeside Health & Wellness in Kemp, TX seeks a Full-Time Housekeeping Aide to maintain clean, safe living areas for residents. Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and assisting with room setups, while reporting concerns to management. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of housekeeping experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to speak and understand English to communicate with supervisors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areas.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors.
• Spot clean walls and windows.
• Dust furniture and empty trash cans.
• Clean baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents.
• Honor any additional housekeeping requests made by residents during the allotted time.
• Assist with picking up trash.
• Assist with activity room set-ups, will require movement of furniture.
• Report any pertinent information to management related to resident well-being.
• Perform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessary.
