Claremont Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to assist the Executive Housekeeper in daily operations. This role involves cleaning guest corridors, public areas, and assisting room attendants as needed.

You must be a high school graduate, able to work days, nights and weekends, and able to bend, lift and move heavy objects. The position offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be available to work days, nights and weekends.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, lift and walk for extended period of time.
• Ability to move, lift and carry, push pull, and place heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive work atmosphere and cooperate with guests, vendors, colleagues, and management.
• Remove dirty linen from carts and deliver to laundry as assigned.
• Clean guest corridors, floors, fireplaces, ovens, elevators, landings, linen closets, and public areas.
• Remove trash from carts and deposit in dumpsters.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Clean, maintain and store cleaning equipment.
• Dust and polish metal work.
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
