Job summary

Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations. You will perform daily cleaning tasks and ensure facilities are well-kept and sanitary under the supervision of the Director of Housekeeping Services.

Qualifications include a High school Diploma or GED and on‑the‑job training.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping activities according to standards and regulations.
• Follow directions from the Director of Housekeeping Services to keep the facility clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Clean/polish furnishings, fixtures, and rooms as instructed.
• Discard waste and relines trash receptacles with liners.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are followed as closely as possible.

Job Description:

• The primary is to perform the day-to day activities of the Housekeeping department in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Must follow rules and instructions by the Director of Housekeeping Services, to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
• Clean/polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling unites, in rest rooms, recreational areas, etc., daily as instructed.
• Discard waste/trash in proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.
• Ensure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as possible
