Job summary

The Waters-3 is seeking a Housekeeping staff member to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, understand directions, and demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks while working independently. Health screenings, including a Mantoux test, are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or sufficient knowledge and education to perform job functions.
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Is capable of setting work priorities and working independently in the absence of supervision.
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning resident rooms and other interior and exterior facility areas and assisting in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for the residents
• Carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures
