Norris Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Andersonville, TN is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide to maintain resident rooms and common areas in alignment with infection control and safety standards. You will perform cleaning tasks, restock supplies, report maintenance needs, and follow universal precautions while delivering courteous, respectful service to residents and staff.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of long-term care or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and perform repetitive tasks.

Position Summary

The Housekeeping Aide helps create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by maintaining resident rooms and facility common areas in accordance with infection control and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and nursing stations according to assigned schedules and checklists.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and surface disinfection.
• Restock supplies and promptly report equipment or maintenance needs.
• Follow infection control, safety, and universal precautions at all times.
• Provide courteous, respectful service to residents, families, visitors, and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of long-term care/skilled nursing or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
