Morningview-Assisted-Living-Residences seeks a Housekeeping Aide to clean and maintain designated areas of the property and grounds. This role requires performing cleaning tasks, basic maintenance, trash removal, and sanitizing common spaces on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred.
• Ability to perform light repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains assigned areas of the property and grounds.
• Picks up and empties trash; maintains orderly spaces.
• Performs light repairs (fixtures, pipes) and basic maintenance.
• Sanitizes shared spaces and windows; vacuums floors and drapes.
• Performs grounds duties (mowing, snow removal) as needed.
• Reports safety hazards to Facilities Manager.
