Sterling Healthcare Management, LLC is hiring a Housekeeping Aide to clean and maintain designated areas of our property and grounds. The role supports both interior and exterior maintenance tasks and requires attention to safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or related fields preferred.
• Ability to work independently and safely.
• Comfort with cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas of the property and grounds.
• Picks up and empties trash; maintains clean facilities.
• Perform light repairs and maintenance like replacing fixtures or unclogging pipes.
• Sanitize shared facilities and common spaces.
• Wash windows; vacuum and clean floors, rugs, and drapes.
• Perform light grounds maintenance and assist with snow removal.
• Identify safety hazards and report to Facilities Manager.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and available for cleaning tasks.
• Adjust cleaning scope based on property needs (apartments, parking facilities, etc.).
• Perform other related duties as required.
