Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain spotless hotel environments. You will clean rooms and public areas, restock supplies, and support the housekeeping team to ensure a comfortable guest experience.

The role emphasizes initiative, reliability, and physical stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout shifts in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality guest service.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality service to guests and anticipate/overachieve expectations.
• Clean and restock linen closets, linen and supplies.
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized items.
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells.
• Clean offices, Front Office areas, and break room.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• A housekeeper will provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations
• Clean and restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with linen and supplies
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells
• Cleaning of offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• The Housekeeper will have experience and desire to give guests the best service and experience
• Desire to take initiative and self-motivate
• Ability to use good judgement and critical thinking skills
• A certification sign off after completing training
• The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally. As well as the ability to move and stand for extended periods of time
