Description

We're looking for a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about cleaning, a team player, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries during their stay
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust, and polish furniture
• Stock rooms with toiletries and do laundry as needed
• Clean and prepare hotel rooms prior to guest arrival according to standards
• Document rooms cleaned, report lost and found items, damages, or repairs needed
• Maintain cleanliness of common spaces including lobby, corridors, and restrooms

Qualifications

• Hardworking with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
• At least 1 year of professional housekeeping experience preferred
