Job summary

Medford Multicare Center is seeking a Housekeeping Aide for part-time shifts to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will clean resident areas, sanitize rooms, and support infection control procedures while working as part of a team.

The role requires independence, reliability, and strong time-management; you must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds. The schedule includes day and night shifts with every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Clean and maintain hallways, offices, dining areas, and public spaces.
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Restock housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and spills.
• Maintain a neat, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the facility consistently meets cleanliness standards.
