Gates Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking reliable Housekeepers to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role supports infection control and resident safety in a healthcare setting.

Positions available full-time and part-time across all shifts. Training provided, with emphasis on attention to detail and teamwork in daily cleaning routines.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces and floors.
• Dispose of trash and waste according to facility procedures.
• Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, or supply needs to supervisor.
• Maintain assigned areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Protect resident privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance.
