Job summary

Alden Estates of Jefferson is hiring Housekeeping Aides to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents in a short-term rehabilitation and post-acute setting. We offer full-time and part-time positions with a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include housekeeping of resident rooms and public spaces, adherence to standards and regulations, and lifting and moving equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
• May be required to lift, push, pull and move equipment, supplies etc., in excess of fifty (50) pounds throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Support a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Perform day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current standards and regulations.

About the Role:

We are currently hiring Full Time and Part Time Housekeeping Aides to join our team! As a Housekeeping Aide, you will perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in an accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, public areas, and common spaces.

Requirements:

• Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age

• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner

• May be required to lift,push,pull and move equipment, supplies etc., in excess of fifty (50) pounds throughout the day.
