Job summary

Oxford Enhanced Senior Living is hiring a Housekeeping Aide to maintain clean, safe, and inviting spaces for residents, families, and staff. This role supports quality of care by following infection control guidelines and safety procedures.

We offer full-time and part-time roles (every other weekend) with a pay range of $13–$16 per hour and daily pay. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, health/vision/dental, a 401(k) match, life insurance, and a supportive, values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow established safety precautions and manufacturer instructions when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned duties in accordance with established housekeeping standards, safety guidelines, and infection control practices.
• Clean assigned areas, including resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, nursing stations, handrails, dining rooms, shower rooms, public restrooms, and offices.
• Maintain utility and storage rooms in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
• Disinfect and sanitize equipment, furnishings, and supplies according to established procedures.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces as assigned.
• Clean the inside of the resident room windows, door panels, and window sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste materials to designated disposal areas.
• Maintain housekeeping carts in a clean, organized manner, stocking necessary supplies at the end of each shift, and ensuring that chemicals not in use remain securely stored.
• Follow all established safety precautions and manufacturer guidelines when handling and using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply needs to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas of the facility maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance.
