Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, Colorado, is seeking a Housekeeping Aide at our inpatient facility. You will maintain cleanliness, perform custodial tasks, and support daily operations under the direction of the Executive Director.

No formal education is required, but we value at least two years of related experience and sobriety if in recovery. Excellent communication, multitasking, and attention to detail are essential, and you'll enjoy a rich benefits package.

• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant.
• Perform routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, removing garbage etc.
• Provide consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility
• Report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive Director

What You'll Do
