Traditions-Management is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents. You will clean resident rooms and common areas, ensure equipment is kept in good working order, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Experience in healthcare or commercial laundry is preferred; scheduling may vary to meet patient needs. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Reliable with ability to follow a schedule.
• May work varied schedules as requested.
• 1 year healthcare or commercial laundry experience (preferred).
• 1 year healthcare or housekeeping experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Clean resident rooms.
• Clean common areas of the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in designated areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and working.
• Remove trash and soiled linens; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Collaborate as a team and provide quality service.
• Learn to operate commercial laundry equipment.

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, comfortable, and safe space for our residents. Your work helps ensure our seniors can live with dignity and pride in a clean, well-cared-for environment.

Housekeeper Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details
• Perform housekeeping chores in Resident rooms
• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Must be able to work as a team member
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment

Housekeeper Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule
• May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
