Job summary

Westminster Village in West Lafayette, IN is seeking a dedicated full-time housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable spaces across non-licensed areas and, occasionally, licensed areas.

Base pay is $15.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule: 7:30am–4:00pm, plus an alternate shift 8:00am–1:00pm or 4:30pm–9:30pm, depending on staffing needs. Covid-19 vaccine is encouraged but not required.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to perform multiple and daily routine tasks with attention to detail.
• Must be able to follow both written and verbal detailed instructions.
• Demonstrates a reasonable level of energy and maintains a positive attitude.
• Has a demonstrated history of flexibility under changing conditions.
• Must be able to prioritize and organize work schedule and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, healthy, and comfortable environment in the non-licensed areas, and occasionally the licensed areas, of the Village.
• Assist with general cleaning tasks as assigned and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to support resident comfort and wellbeing.
