Job summary

The Great Outdoors Community Services Association is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional in Titusville, FL. The role involves cleaning and maintaining bathhouses, laundry rooms, and adjacent facilities, including weekends, to ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, maintaining the fitness center, and coordinating orders with the Recreation Supervisor.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Clean and re-stock CSA bathhouses and laundry rooms daily. This includes weekends. Clean outside the bathhouses, wipe down entrance areas, and sweep sidewalks as necessary.
• Clean Fitness Center, wipe down equipment and vacuum daily.
• Vacuum, dust, and otherwise clean other CSA buildings as necessary.
• Provide supply lists to the Recreation Supervisor/Recreation Manager to order supplies. Keep the main supply room full as well as the bath houses

• Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
• Be able to reach overhead
• Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time.
• Be able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.
• Be able to handle all aspects of operating equipment necessary to perform the job function, i.e., start, effectively utilize, turn off, etc.
• Be able to lift 30 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday.
