Sofidel America is seeking a dependable Plant Housekeeper to join our Phoenix facility. The role centers on maintaining a clean, safe manufacturing environment that supports production operations and GMP adherence.

You will assist with waste removal, operate cleaning equipment, and help uphold our high standards for cleanliness and operational excellence. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in industrial housekeeping or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety procedures, operating instructions, work orders, and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the manufacturing facility, warehouse, production areas, and surrounding work areas.
• Support GMP, HACCP requirements, and company sanitation standards.
• Maintain exterior of the facility including entrances, walkways, parking areas, and other outdoor areas.
• Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance concerns, and safety hazards to supervision.
• Assist production and warehouse operations to support workflow, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Sofidel America, a subsidiary of the Sofidel Group, is a leading manufacturer of tissue paper products for hygienic and household use. We are currently seeking a Plant Housekeeper to join our team. We are looking for a dependable and safety focused individual who is interested in a long term opportunity with a stable and growing organization.

The Plant Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment that supports production operations, employee safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role performs routine housekeeping duties throughout the facility, assists with waste removal, operates industrial cleaning equipment, and helps maintain Sofidel America's high standards for cleanliness, quality, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the manufacturing facility, warehouse, production areas, and surrounding work areas.


• Support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP requirements, and company sanitation standards.


• Maintain the exterior of the facility, including entrances, walkways, parking areas, and other designated outdoor areas as assigned.


• Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance concerns, and safety hazards to supervision.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Basic mathematical and computer skills preferred.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, stand, and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
