Job summary

HHS in Las Vegas Sahara Campus is seeking friendly, compassionate hospital housekeepers to join the team. You will provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and staff in a hospital setting. Shifts include day, evening, and night; both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Background checks and proof of employment eligibility are required. Pay is $14.50 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth within our healthcare housekeeping program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• Preferred: Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, healthcare).

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices

Hospital Housekeeper Wage: $ 14.50 /hour

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift
• Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
• Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
