HHS is seeking a hospital housekeeper to join our team in San Marcos, TX. The role involves cleaning patient rooms, restrooms and common areas in a hospital setting, with a focus on safety and patient comfort.

Shifts include evenings (3PM-11:30PM) with full-time and part-time options. Applicants must pass background checks and drug screens. English communication and teamwork are essential, with healthcare cleaning experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• Preferred: housekeeping experience in healthcare or similar environment.

Responsibilities

Hospital Housekeeper

Wage: $ 15 /hour

Full-time and part-time positions available

Evening shift available 3PM-11:30PM 40 hours including rotating weekends

Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift
• Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
• Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
