Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors within a healthcare facility. You will support infection prevention efforts and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Key duties include cleaning resident rooms and common areas, restocking supplies, and responding to requests from nursing staff. Prior healthcare or hospitality housekeeping experience is preferred, and safety procedures must be followed at all

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and replace liners in resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond to housekeeping requests from nursing staff and residents.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in a clean and organized condition.
• Assist with terminal cleaning of rooms after resident discharge or transfer.
• Follow infection control procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Follow facility safety policies and proper waste disposal procedures.
