Job summary

Saugus Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain high standards of cleanliness across resident rooms and common areas. You will perform cleaning tasks, ensure safety, and support laundry operations as needed.

The role requires teamwork, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (preferred) and experience in healthcare or commercial housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Must have cleaning experience with a keen eye for details.
• Responsible for cleaning resident rooms and common areas.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety throughout designated areas.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition.
• Removal of trash and soiled linens; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Solid work ethic with initiative for quality and customer service.
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment.
