FirstService Residential in Bal Harbour Village, FL is seeking a Housekeeping/Janitorial Supervisor to lead the janitorial team, supervise daily operations, train staff on safety, chemicals, and equipment, and ensure compliance with state and federal safety standards.
You will manage scheduling, perform inspections, handle customer concerns, and maintain a safe, clean building environment, with on-call availability for emergencies.
