Inn Team Member (Housekeeping, Breakfast Service & Front Desk)

Join a welcoming inn team in a dynamic, multi-functional role where no two days are the same. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of guest service, hospitality operations, and housekeeping in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Schedule Options

Full-Time:

• $20/hour + event gratuities (wedding weekends)
• Paid Time Off
• Health Care Coverage

Part-Time:

• $18/hour
• Flexible schedule

Start Date: Beginning mid-August

Schedule Requirements: Weekends are required

Typical Hours (flexible as needed):

• Tuesday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Breakfast Service

• Prepare and serve breakfast to guests (à la carte or buffet based on occupancy)
• Set up and maintain breakfast area
• Ensure cleanliness and restocking during service

Front Desk & Guest Services

• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Operate the property management system (PMS)
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
• Provide a high level of guest engagement and hospitality

Housekeeping

• Clean and refresh guest rooms daily
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas
• Ensure overall presentation of the property meets standards

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service experience preferred

Requirements

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
