Job summary

Lincoln Crawford Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dependable Full-Time Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will perform housekeeping and laundry tasks across the facility, following infection control and safety guidelines to ensure comfort and safety in a healthcare setting.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and prior experience in housekeeping, laundry, custodial services, or healthcare

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, custodial, environmental, or healthcare housekeeping settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, hallways, bathrooms, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Performing discharge cleaning and terminal cleaning per infection control standards.
• Dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, scrubbing, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Cleaning beds, furniture, fixtures, walls, windows and other facility areas.
• Following healthcare housekeeping procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Replenishing supplies (soap, towels, tissues, toilet paper).
• Keeping housekeeping carts organized and stocked for daily assignments.
• Completing deep-cleaning tasks and environmental services projects.
• Washing, drying, sorting, folding and distributing laundry.
• Assisting in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
• Following OSHA and infection prevention guidelines.

If you have experience in housekeeping, laundry services, environmental services, janitorial cleaning, custodial work, healthcare housekeeping, nursing home cleaning, or hotel housekeeping, we encourage you to apply.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for providing high-quality housekeeping and laundry services throughout the facility, including:

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, custodial services, environmental services, janitorial services, hospitality housekeeping, healthcare housekeeping, skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience working in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, skilled nursing facility (SNF), hospital, assisted living community, or healthcare environment
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and infection control practices
