Job summary

The Waters of Cheatham in Ashland City, TN is seeking full-time and part-time Housekeepers to join our team and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents.

Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, duties include cleaning resident rooms and facility areas, following company policies, and complying with health and safety requirements; up to $15/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to work independently and set priorities.
• Health assessment requirements including two-stage Mantoux skin test.
• English language communication skills required.
• Capable of performing essential duties with or without accommodations.

The Waters of Cheatham is looking for Full Time Housekeepers to join our TEAM!!!

Full Time/Part Time Available Up to $15/hour

Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, this position is delegated the following essential functions:

• Cleaning resident rooms and other interior and exterior facility areas and assisting in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for the residents
• Carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or sufficient knowledge and education to perform job functions
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions
• Is capable of setting work priorities and working independently in the absence of supervision
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
