Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in resident areas
• Keep utility and linen rooms orderly
• Distribute laundered linens
• Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies
• Dust, polish, and empty receptacles
• Manage housekeeping supplies
• Use chemicals per instructions and maintain infection control standards
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of equipment and carts
• Provide positive customer service to residents, families, and visitors
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, handle objects, and reach
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens and hazardous materials
