Capital Square Living in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure the cleanliness and appealing appearance of vacant apartments, the leasing office, and amenities. The role supports a welcoming environment for prospective and existing residents while upholding property standards.

The Housekeeper will maintain market-ready show units, assist in the make-ready process, and collaborate with the Service Manager and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous leasing experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset.
• Strong computer technology skills with basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Yardi/Yardi Voyager experience a plus.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Positive, motivating, and team-oriented attitude.
• Desire to excel in a very competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily.
• Ensures all vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties as requested by supervisors.
• Informs supervisor of any hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents or staff.
• Maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies reorder needs.

HousekeeperReports to: Community ManagerSUMMARYAs a Housekeeper, you are the primary point of contact for all prospective residents and will play a critical role in ensuring all prospective and existing residents feel welcome at Capital Square’s properties.
