Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a dedicated maintenance/cleaning professional to help keep our properties clean and safe. You will cleanse amenity areas, lobbies, hallways, and vacant apartments, ensuring a sanitary environment for residents and visitors.

You will also monitor supplies and assist with occupancy readiness and daily upkeep. The role supports a welcoming, well-maintained living space across multiple properties, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the TRG

Qualifications

• Cleans all amenity areas and common spaces as directed.
• Maintains cleanliness of hallways, lobby, and elevator areas.
• Inspects and cleans vacant apartments prior to occupancy.
• Monitors stock of cleaning supplies and inventories.
• Ensures building remains clean and sanitary for residents.

Responsibilities

• Mop, scrub, vacuum, and remove trash.
• Assist maintenance team with occupancy readiness.
• Report any maintenance issues to supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans all amenity areas as designated by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Cleans and maintains the hallways, lobby areas, and elevator.
• Performs cleaning in vacant apartments when resident vacates.
• Cleans the model apartment on a daily basis.
• Obtains list of vacant apartments which need to be cleaned immediately.
• Advises Manager or Supervisor of apartments ready for occupancy.
• Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
• Mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
• Empties trash and garbage containers.
• The general duties of this position require that the employee maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Ensuring that residents come home to a clean building.
• Additional duties may be assigned by the property manager
