Greystar is seeking a diligent on-site cleaning and make-ready associate in Plano, TX. You will clean leasing offices, clubhouses, model units, and vacant apartments to maintain market-ready appeal.

Responsabilités

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed.
• Ensures vacant homes and show units are market-ready and freshened throughout the day.
• Assists in the make-ready process with additional duties as requested.
• Informs supervisor of hazards or dangerous situations to residents and staff.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies re-order needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, and other amenities to enhance and maintain property appeal.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common‑area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market‑ready appeal.
• Assists in the make‑ready process by performing additional duties requested by appropriate Managers/Supervisors.
• Informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the appropriate supervisor when a re‑order is necessary.

Required Licenses or Certifications

• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Additional Compensation

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions: Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions: Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
